Healthcare should feel human.
It should meet you where you are, with curiosity, presence, and a commitment to uncovering what your body needs to heal.
At Preventive Medicine, we take the time to listen deeply, ask better questions, and look beyond the obvious, because real wellness isn’t just treating symptoms; it’s understanding the whole picture.
We blend modern medicine with holistic insight, using tools like osteopathic adjustments, hormone therapy, mental health support, and advanced treatment options like ketamine to help you feel clear, strong, and fully alive.
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, seeking balance, or optimizing for longevity, we’re here to support your body’s natural ability to heal—with treatments that make sense for you.

Led by our clinic consultant, Erin Bingham, Group Medical Visits (GMVs) offer us a sanctuary and structure to navigate the effects the world can leave on us. At their core, GMVs represent a unique approach to healthcare, one where you’re not just a listener but an active participant, sharing your journey, learning from others, and understanding more about yourself. In essence, GMVs offer a pathway to emotional well-being that is both scientifically grounded and deeply human, providing a rare opportunity to transform your health journey from a solitary endeavor into a shared voyage of discovery and healing. In the 8-week group medical visit sessions at Preventive Medicine, you’ll experience the transformative benefits of Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (M.O.R.E).
Some specific benefits of M.O.R.E include:
Reduction of PTSD symptoms
Reductions in cravings
Increased experiences of pleasure
Connection to a sense of deeper meaning in life
Easier access to more positive emotional states
Improved heart rate variability (body copes with stress/anxiety better)
Reduce feelings of depression
Reduced experiences of pain

A+, 10/10 Amazing Fantastic! Ketamine therapy at Preventive Medicine has helped me rediscover the feeling of clarity and peace in my headspace. My depressed view of life and emotions I live under are getting reset like restarting a computer to a fresh state. I would recommend Preventive Medicine and Dr. Hobie and the crew, to anyone who tried typical antidepressants and didn't see improvement.
I am so happy I chose Preventive Medicine for my primary care. They are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable with answering questions. I’ve always preferred a DO and was extremely satisfied with the detailed responses to my questions. The office is very warm and modern, and doesn’t have the sterile feel of most doctor offices (which is a good thing!). Would highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.
